Progress Update: Work Underway in St Helens

It’s great to see real momentum on site at our latest development in St Helens.

With works now underway, the transformation has officially begun. Early activity has focused on preparing the site and getting everything in place for the new six-apartment building to take shape.

After two years of planning, it’s rewarding to see the project move from drawings and discussions into visible progress on the ground. The image above captures the very start of that journey – a milestone moment for everyone involved.
