Lowwood Developments Breaks Ground in St Helens

After two years of careful planning and determination, we’re proud to share that work has now officially started on our latest residential development in St Helens.

This is a big milestone for us, and one we’ve worked hard to reach.

From day one, our aim has been simple: create modern, high-quality homes that feel like they truly belong.

This development will bring six thoughtfully designed apartments to the area. Every detail has been carefully considered to make sure the building blends naturally with the surrounding Victorian terraced homes. We believe new homes should add to the character of a neighbourhood, not take away from it.

A Long Journey – For the Right Reasons

Getting to this stage hasn’t happened overnight. It’s been a steady two-year journey of refining plans and working through the process properly.

We stayed committed because we saw the opportunity to replace older, underused buildings with homes that will bring new life and long-term value to the area.
