The Finishing Touches at Cambridge Road

Cambridge Road is nearly ready to welcome its first residents.

The final stages are now under way across the six apartments, with the new tarmac pavements recently completed and carpets scheduled to be fitted on 16 October. These finishing touches bring us closer to making the apartments available to let at the end of October.

Designed to offer modern, comfortable homes, the development also incorporates solar PV as part of its approach to energy use.

We’ve been following the progress on site, and our latest film captures one of the final steps as the external areas take shape. We look forward to sharing the completed apartments very soon.
